"Updates were okay, but the tone could’ve been better"
I ordered from giftsforeurope.com, and the communication was fine in the sense that I did get a few updates, so I wasn’t completely in the dark. But some of the messages felt a bit dismissive, like I was being talked down to for asking normal questions about my order.
The gift did arrive in the end, which I’m glad about, but a couple of updates came later than I expected and I still had to check things myself to figure out what was happening. Overall, it worked out, but clearer updates and a more respectful tone would’ve made the experience a lot better

"Easy to use, even though I was torn on switching"
I’ll be honest, I usually stick with another brand for gifts, so I was a little hesitant to try this site. But it was actually really easy to navigate, and I found the gift I wanted quickly. Checkout was straightforward too, which I appreciated. A few pages loaded a bit slower than I’d like, but overall it was a smooth experience and I’d consider coming back.

"Packed really well"
I ordered a gift from giftsforeurope.com and the packaging was really good, the box was sturdy with no dents and everything inside was wrapped up nicely so nothing was sliding around or getting damaged which I was a little worried about, and it even looked neat when it arrived, which is such a simple thing but it really made the whole gift feel like it had been handled with care.

"Easy way to send something personal"
I used giftsforeurope.com to send a personalized gift and it was simple. I liked being able to add a name and a little message, it just made the whole thing feel nicer, not like I grabbed some random gift last minute. The options were good too, not overwhelming, which I appreciate because I can get stuck choosing forever. Anyway, my friend was really happy when it arrived, so that made it worth it. I’d probably use it again for birthdays, family stuff, or when I suddenly remember I need to send something.

The fruit basket showed up on time and looked really nice. Most of the fruit was fresh, though one pear was a little softer than I’d like... but i was still happy with it overall.

I ordered a gift basket from giftsforeurope.com for my aunt in Germany right in the middle of the holiday rush, and to be honest, I was half expecting it to show up late. Christmas shipping is always a bit of a gamble, isn’t it?
But it actually arrived the day before Christmas Eve, which was such a relief. My aunt sent me a photo and the basket looked really nice too. I was genuinely happy with how smoothly it all went, especially during such a crazy busy week.

I had a question about my order and customer service got back to me quickly, which I really appreciated. Their reply was clear and friendly, and it didn’t feel like one of those generic copy-paste responses. I do think a tiny bit more detail upfront would’ve been nice, but overall they made the whole thing easy and I felt like someone actually took the time to read my message.

"Checkout was more annoying than it needed to be"
The payment part was kind of frustrating. It failed twice before it finally went through, so I kept wondering if it was my card, the website, my bank, my internet, or just one of those random checkout glitches. I tried again, checked the details, waited a bit, and then had to repeat the whole thing. Not a huge disaster, but it made something simple feel way more annoying than it should’ve been

I used Gifts for Europe to send a gift and put a note asking them to call before showing up, because the building is weirdly hard to find. i was half expecting that instruction to disappear into the same mysterious system where all delivery notes seem to vanish, but they actually followed it, which was a nice surprise.
The only reason I’d stick with 4 stars is that the tracking update was kind of slow, so for a bit I was wondering if the package was even moving or just sitting in some secret warehouse limbo. But in the end, the gift arrived fine and the delivery note was handled properly, so I can’t really complain

"Substitution details weren’t very clear"
The flowers showed up fine, but I didn’t realize there was going to be a substitute until after I had already placed the order. It was kind of frustrating because I wasn’t sure what I was supposed to do next or if I even had a choice at that point. I just wish they made that info way more obvious before checkout.
